Requesting for advice: SINP possibility

Recently the cut off score is 69/70 for Saskatchewan PNP. But, for me I can calculate approx 65 most, How can I step further with this low score. Do I move forward or stop thinking. Please advice.

Experience (10 yrs) : 15
Language(Expecting CLB8) : 20
Age (42 yrs) : 10

Based on draw history it is unlikely it will drop to 65 or below. Unless you have work experience in the Province, job experience or family there you will not be able to get further points.
