Requesting a letter from the employer

Hi, Im new in this forum. Can anyone please help me about the letter confirming that I'm still working and from the date I start working, with the same employer. My employer asking about a draft because they don't want to mess up with the government. Can anyone help me I need a sample or draft to follow. I am applying for my PR this december, and they said one of the requirements is that letter from the employer. Thanks

This is the letter my employer wrote when I submitted my PR application three years ago.

Full name of my employer
Her home address

Date (when the letter is written)


To Whom It May Concern,

Since MM/DD/YYYY (starting date of employment) until present day, XXXXX (full name of the live in caregiver) has been employed in our home as the live-in caregiver for my children, XXXX (names of the children that I look after). She is still currently employed by my husband, XXXXX and I. Should you have any questions regarding XXXX's (my name) work history in our home or present employment as our live-in caregiver, please contact me.

My employer's signature
Her full name
Her contact number (home and cell)

I submitted my PR application along with my OWP application. I hope this helps.
