So I requested to review my PGWP application on January 27. They sent me a confirmation on the 28th of my withdrawal request. I noticed my document with my signature on it wasn't attached to the request. Really odd. Waited for a day and called IRCC. I asked if my withdrawal document was attached and they said no documents.
So I sent the document again with another withdrawal request and they emailed me. "We verified the information you provided and can confirm that a note has been added to your file on January 27, 2025, to notify the responsible office that you wish to withdraw your application." So they're not going to attach my document?
Should I add the document with another withdrawal request and specifically request the document to be added? It's just a bit weird that they're not attaching my document but maybe it's my fault for not specifically requesting to add that document. In my mind I was thinking that maybe the visa officer must have thought that I sent a duplicate withdrawal request.
