requested passport means approval??

we got this message on our online application today. This is for an online application in Vietnam. The website is directing us to bring the passport to the VAC in ho chi minh city. I'm wondering does anyone have experience at this point, since my gf is 5 hours journey from HCMC. Will the passport be stamped the same day? Or will it have to be mailed out again to a different place to get the visa? And how long will it take? We have 30 days and counting to get the passport in, but also 37 days and counting before the flight. It would be a huge help to know how quickly we should get her passport to the VAC.

Yes, it does indicate that the application was approved.
