Requested for medical exam even after uploaded the medical at the time of application

Hello friends,

My friend have applied for student visa online on 22nd July, today got an update in cic account stating that need to do medical examination. However we have already completed the medical exam and uploaded the information sheet on the same day of the application. So do she need to re upload the same document or do she have to do the medical exam again. Please help we're reallyrtensed about this.

Fill the web form on cic and send mails to immigration office handling ur application.

So you did upfront medical? And during initial application there was a space to upload medical and you uploaded it?

If they have provided a new upload form for medical just upload it again otherwise send it in webform.

There is no option in the website to upload it again.
