Requested Change of Visa Office for printing Visa

I have received "Ready for Visa" mail on 5th May 2015. I was asked to send the passports to Ottawa.
Requested them for change of VO to New Delhi on 6th May. Yet to receive the response.

by the way when we click the link it shows this email OttPilot-Immigration@cic.gc.ca
May be it is better to try both email addresses ?

Is it ? Did any one earlier sent to that mail as well.
I have called them on 1-613-944-4000 and trace the response for my mail. The call center agent mentioned that there is no info recorded for that mail.That means they have not even opened the mail.
It could be the same with you.

Do you have any idea how much time they take to reply to such emails. I mean they have given fixed time for sending passports for visa stamping. Do you think that they will reply within that time limit?

Usually they respond with in 2-3 weeks. If there are too many applications, this might get delayed further.

The only worrying factor is the time frame for submitting the passports is only 30 days.

While the problem was that I feel more comfortable to send somewhere in Europe, as Sending to Canada and staying without passport will stress me a lot. I have experience of getting visa from Vienna, so it should work. But Since I heard that it is taking too long to receive their reply, I already regret that I have not sent it to Ottawa
I will wait a while, and let see what will happened. and hoping to get news from cic call center.
I guess by this time my passport would already reach Canada

You cannot courier passports outside country.

IT has been 2 weeks already since I have sent an email not any reply, i could not reach cic also could not reach consulate abroad
