Request to VO to add a dependant in Parents Sponsorship

Hi everyone,

I am a canadian citizen and I filed my parents sponsorship case in sept 2010. Along with my parents, I also added my 2 younger sisters as dependants.

My parents received the forms and documents request in sept 2014. I worked with a lawyer and he guided me to fill forms for my parents and just one sister as my income qualify for 3 ppl only. I did that and in nov 2015 my parents have received the medical and RPRF request from LVO and the visa office is VCM.

Now the problem is my only one sister is being left in Pakistan who is obviously dependent on my parents. she is 29. My parents cannot leave the country without her.

I wanted to know if there's a way where I could request my VO (VCM) to add my other sister as a dependant as she is the only one left and we cannot leave her alone in Pakistan ( keeping in mind the security condition there). DO you guys think there's a chance that the VO will consider on any humanitarian grounds? OR our case will be further complicated after emailing the VO.

Really need your valuable suggestions. Please Help

No - your older sister cannot be added at this stage since you removed her from the application earlier.

When you say she is dependent on your parents. What do you mean by that? Does she have a serious medical disability or some kind of serious developmental disorder that prevents her from working and living independently?
