I have received the request to add following documents/details to my profile. Kindly help in providing the details as to which specific documents needs to be added:
1. Schedule A form:
a. Which version of this form do we have to upload? I can find the version of 2018, is that the latest one?
b. In education history how many years of primary school and secondary school do we add (considering I have done 10+2) from Delhi,India? In post secondary education do we add post graduation education or something else?
2.kit, application forms
a. Which forms do I need to add here?
Please note my marital status has been updated to married in course of application but I dont want to add spouse in my applcation as of yet so what all forms do I need to add?
3. There are 2 fields mentioned as kit, application forms. What all separate data do we need to add?
4. One field is mentioned as blank required "* (required)". What do I upload in this?
