I have a question regarding what to do in scenario of medical request while medical is already submitted. Below is my timeline, please go through it, it will get interesting at the end and so fast too.
26th January, 2017 - applied PR via express entry
14th February, 2017 - got married
14th March, 2017 - Webform update about marriage and add-on request with documents including spouse's upfront medical, PCC, Passport, Photo, Marriage Certificate
20th April, 2017 - I got passport request only for me
21th April, 2017 - Called customer service and he put my file on hold saying my marital status has been changed and they will wait until my spouse document which were sent on before will be processed
7th May, 2017 - got additional spouse relationship related document request
11th May, 2017 - submitted all the documents asked in above request like marriage photos, call logs and online chats as it was long distance relationship, relationship questionnaire for me (8 questions) and my spouse (10 questions)
12th May, 2017 - got second additional document request (saying missing documents) asking for spouse's medical, PCC, Passport, Photo, Marriage Certificate which was already sent on 14th March, 2017 add-on online request and was not asked on 7th May, 2017 additional document request.
13th May, 2017 - Medical request with IMM1017E for my spouse. But in application status of Online Application says "Review of medical results : You passed the medical exam.".
I called CIC Customer Service but they says they can't give any info to me about my spouse's medical until she submit Declaration of Representative form adding me as her representative. (She lives in India).
But CIC Customer service told me that if your medical is less than a year old, it should be valid.
Now, I am confuse over what to do with the IMM1017E form and should I submit the same medical report again?
Plus, the time taken by CIC to process my documents submitted on evening of 11th May, 2017 is also freakishly fast.
