Request of Background form IMM 5669 + proof of Canadian Experience

Just got request to submit for Background IMM 5669 + proof of Canadian Experience even though I submitted the 2023 NOA in my initial application.
Does this meaning anything guys? It is so nerve cracking right now, but at least I know that they are working on my application.

It means they required additional information from you to make a decision.

I assume you submitted an employment letter with job duties with your original application and not just the NOA?

Yes correct. I have submitted all of those. But why do they still ask for background declaration?? I just submitted my application like 2 months ago...
