I got a email stating to submit imm5406 for both of us couple i have 7 days to submit
It says that please submit these document to ircc secure account by 2020/03/04
Where im i going to upload these?

Why it says 2020 03 04?
Is this a typo? I check my upload doc see a aaditional upload and the due is 2024 03 04?
