Request info: Now that the NOC Code 0213 is out, what are other options?

Dear All,

Noc 0213 is ousted from the list, blocking all IT professional out of Immigration process. :'(

Can any of you guys provide help/suggestion on further proceedings? Any advice in this regard would be great help.

What are other options to consider, for skilled workers? and how practical and quick are they, like:

a. applying for Quebec
b. trying to get a job offer
c. moving in a temporary visa and trying to get job/PR
d. waiting ( hoping for a change in NOC list) ;D
e. anything else....
