Request help on WES ECA for non-recognized institution

Hi,

I have completed BTECH followed by PG in management. My ECA report is as below,

1) Canadian Equivalency: Bachelor's Degree (four years)
2) Canadian Equivalency: Two years of post-secondary study at a non-recognized institute

My questions is, which option I should select,
a) Bachelor's degree (three or more year program at a university, college, trade or technical school or other institute)
b) Two or more certificates, diplomas or degrees. One must be for a program of three or more years.

No. Not sure if it will be considered as 2 or not. Are you from NICMAR?
