hi, my Spouse inland sponsorship application is in process since 2021 , my husband (PA)just heard back from them asking for 3 forms : IMM5669 Schedule A / IMM5406 additional family information / IMM5562 travel history .
my questions are :-
1- for additional family information - should i (spouse- sponsor) fill the same form too or only him (email was sent to PA only) ?
2- for travel history IMM5562, my spouse is listing his first entry to Canada as tourist , we are confused what to write on TO field as we are currently residing in Canada since this entry in 2021 , any advice ?

1/ Only the PA.
2/ The current year and month, 2023-08, for this August. Use the month you will submit the form. If it's in Sept then 2023-09. This will indicate he's still here.

thank you for your reply , does requesting those documents means anything in specific ? are we on the background check phase or not yet ? its almost 2 years

I suspect they just want updated info since it's been 2 years. Not unusual.
