Request for same document multiple times

Hi All,

We had submitted our application with all relevant documents except my wife's FBI Clearance certificate as we hadn't received this document at the time of submitting the application. We received and submitted the FBI clearance on December 12th and we had our deadline until 18th of the same month. On 20th we got a mail from IRCC asking the same document and gave a week's time (until 27th) for submitting. We were surprised to receive such a mail from IRCC as we had already submitted this document. On the same day (20th of December 2017) we submitted the FBI clearance again. Yesterday (8th Jan 2018) we again got the same mail from IRCC asking for the FBI clearance and this time they gave us time until Feb 8th. We uploaded the document again yesterday itself.

We really don't know whats happening and why IRCC is asking for the same clearance certificate again and again. Could someone please tell us if they have ever come across such an issue and if yes, what you have done and how did you contact IRCC. Since we are outside Canada (currently in US) we are not able to contact IRCC for the same.

Upload a color scan of the FBI PCC even though it is black print on white paper. Also upload a LOE explaining the same scenario where you have been asked the same document multiple times.
