request for passports but having a baby next month

Hi Guys!

I just got the email from CPPO that they need our passports, for my wife and for me. I got a four years old son and he is Canadian citizen.

But got couple of questions here, my wife is pregnant and her due is on last week of February this year, should we inform the visa office about this? We are living here in Alberta.
And we just moved, how can we update them regarding new address?

Nope, the child will be a Canadian when born (I assume you are going to have the birth in Albera)

You can email CIC with the address correction. You can also send the new address information along with the passports. Most likely you will be able to land before the baby is born!

hi, i too have the same question... even my wife is expecting baby birth in last week of feb this year, but we have not received medical request.
We might expect medical request somewhere in March. so our concern is too how to inform CIC about it?
As, I think they would ask for birth certificate , so we cannot inform unless birth certificate is issued..

Can you pls update me as well about ur status once you would inform CIC ?

Another question pls.. so were you guys able to undergo complete Medical test as ur wife is pregnant ?? .. coz we checked with Doctors and they told that until delivery they cannot do X-Ray test..
Can u pls let me know abt it.. thanks..

We had our medicals march of 2012, and my wife got pregnant mid last year so we just passed the medical requirements.

So i emailed CIC about our case and they said that we just need to send our passport and no need to worry about the baby coz he'll gonna be born here in canada, they dont even ask to submit a copy of birth certificate.
And for the change address, they just update it right away. Then i send our passports yesterday!

Are you apply by CEC or federal skill worker. Cos your AOR close with Medical request like one month isn't ? Congrat and have good nite.
