request for new lmo and work permit

Hi,

Im new in Canada and I am currently working with a company here with a closed working permit. At first they are giving me a salary that is enough for my living here, but now since they hire so many employees they need to cut our hours and I'm not making enough money for my living anymore. My question is did my current employer will be informed if I apply for a new LMO and work permit? I'm planning to have a new employer and give my current employer a notice only if I'm sure that I already have another job with positive LMO and work permit before I left them.

No, they will not be informed. Just make sure you don't tell anyone that you don't trust.

Better yet keep it to yourself it's better to be safe then be out of work.

Also make sure when you give a notice that it will be the same amount of time that was in your contract. For example 2 weeks.
