Request for experience letter turned down

Hi,

My request for an experience letter mentioning my roles and responsibilities was turned down by my previous employer where i worked for close to 3 years of the total 5 years of overall experience.

What are my chances if i submit an affidavit regarding my roles and responsibilities along with the rejection letter, income tax returns, last three months pay slips, increment letters etc.

Anyone who has faced a similar situation and found a way out can help.

Hi,
I am facing more or less similar situation. My current employer is not willing to issue me my job responsibilities on letter head. Moreover, my official JD is not showing the similar responsibilities and title.

I am attaching the JD i got at the time of employment + an explanation letter explaining my responsibilities as a statutory declaration having my line manager contact details. Additional i will try to obtain refusal letter for providing JD on letter head.

I think that would be sufficient to show my effort. The same thing you can repeat.
