Request for Biodata page of Passport

Hello! I hope someone can answer my topic. I can't find a thread that's very similar to us. I hope someone here can help us.

I just received an email from Hongkong this morning. And it says:

This is in reference to your application for permanent residence in Canada. Please note that your application was recently transferred to our office in Hong Kong to facilitate processing. In order for us to continue the processing of your application, we require the following documents:

ØMY NAME:
Ø > Medical: Complete or provide proof of completion of the Immigration medical examination - New medical examination required, instructions sent on June 8, 2015 by separate email. This must be received at this office by: 2015/07/08
Ø > Passport/Travel Document: Valid passport or travel document - copy of biodata page. This must be received at this office by: 2015/07/08

We are applying under the Family Sponsorship Class. My mother is the principal applicant, while me, my daughter and my younger brother are her dependents. I was just confused about their request for the biodata page of me and my daughter's passport. Is this what PASSPORT REQUEST is? Are they gonna issue our Visa already? If yes, how come my brother didn't receice any email? If no, will they be requesting the actual passport from.us soon?

We are from the Philippines, and my mother (principal applicant) is in Canada.

If you are from Philippines, why they will transfer your papers in Hongkong? dapat dito sa Manila dba?

I have no idea. But now , they are requesting for right of permanent residence(i'm one of the dependents).

Yes. We have already submitted the requirements on July 1st week, at nakatanggap ang mother ko ng request for payment ng Right for Pr fee. Tapos kanina lang may nareceive si Mommy na new email. Andun na yung sched nia for landing interview. Her sched is on Aug17.
