you cannot "transfer"your case to Canada since you have already got accepted in Spain as a refugee. Refugee claimants dont get to choose their destination. If you had just fled from war or life-threatening problem, you should've been grateful that there is a generous country who took you in. It's not like picking a better hotel to stay, or a better job offer,please think about those people who still stuck in their home country and cannot get any help.
