Dear friends,
I have received message from CIC and now guessing how to understand it right.
Question 1 - Am I asked to mail documents to office in Warsaw or just to upload them into Mycic?
Question 2 - What is "Client Information: Receipt of information from client copy of your work book"?
It would be very strange to send mail with copies of passports but why they mention mailing adress, say that they need documents to the office and provide detailed instruction to quote application number.
