Hi

I have done BE in Electronics and communication from panjab university chandigarh,India.

Since then i have worked with Nasdaq listed companies like FIS and sapient....in IT sector in india

I have 6 years of exp and looking for a master program in IT....Will there be any advantage of doing graduation of one of the oldest and reputed university in india

I also heard that Visa is a problem incase the gap in education is more than 5 years...

Please help
 
PU Chd. is ranked ahead of all IIT's in Times Higher Education Survey 2013. Its world university ranking is in the bracket 226-250. So its the best in India! ....atleast according to TIMES. I did B.com from there.

I'm going to Douglas College, if I get the visa. I'll be applying after I get the GIC receipt from Scotiabank.

thanks...where are you going? If you have good marks in engineering....definitely go for universities and try for scholarships.
 
I do have first class through out..but not that many out standing marks in mine btek....have been planning to give ielts for some time now....also read somewhere that gap of more than 5 years is a hurdle too..
 
Gap is a hurdle only if during that period you didn't study or didn't gained work ex. If you have been working after completing your studies, there's no problem.
