Representative is suspended, what to do?

I've got ITA in Nov 2nd and now my case is in progress. After I submitted the representative form to the system, I happened to find out that the representative's status is administrative suspension because of failing PME course, which means this person is not currently qualified for doing the job. What's the risk here and what should I do?

i wouldn't proceed with that person being my Representative .which makes perfect sense hire another one .
