representative form

hi,
i am applying on behalf of my 2 minor children and myself. i am not hiring any representative. but when i fill my children's forms i need to click yes on the representative. when i do that , the option for representative is automatically changing to yes in my form as well .
can some1 guide me on how to proceed

You don't need any use of rep forms for your minor children. When you need to sign the application in the forms, just write your fulll name instead of your children (next to the date section)
