Representative Cancellation

Hi All,
Thanks for your continual support to the forum,

I am currently in the Express entry pool since July 2017 with 423 points (no ITA received), I would like to candle my lawyer representation as they are not adding any value in term of communication on PNP, and always on aggressive tone when we try to establish contact.

Can you please let me know what is the proper way of taking ownership of my profile from lawyers account.

You can ask them for the log in details.
You can ask them to withdraw your profile and you can then create a new one.

You can write a letter to your representative to cancel your profile and save that email and their reply , if they do so well and good, if not make your profile and if something negative happens from cic you can send they reply of representative and explain. This is just my opinion maybe someone has a better idea, so check other posts on this topic using search bar.
