Someone reported a family member to CBSA for the submission of fake work documents and LMIA. The information is true that they indeed submitted the fake documents
They received their PR in feb 2024. What are the chances that CBSA will revisit the file?

the reason we know that the report was is because the person told us so

It will be up to IRCC. No one can tell you the chances either way.

Falsifying documents to obtain PR is a very serious thing to do. Apart from the legal consequences, it's also unfair to the vast majority of applicants playing by the rules. Canadians typically don't view behaviour like this favourably at all. Your family member will probably need legal representation, as mentioned above, if there is an investigation.
