I need advise please. I know someone who has been deported from Canada back to the UK and she/he intends to come back for a visit. Is she/he allowed back in Canada?

If they were deported, then they need Ministerial Approval to return. Typically very very hard to get for a visitor.

hello guys, what if the case is she was deported in hongkong and now in canada can she apply for PR even if she has case in other country...

one more thing what if she didnt declare that she was in HK before can the immigration detect it, she was still single at that time now shes married and now using his husband family name. she even declared lost passport for them not to detect the stamp of deportation in her passport...

is there a possibility for the immigration to detect her case??/ will she grant PR in canada? 'cause she is already working now in canada

Yes, CIC are not stupid. Even with her married name, she will have to declare her maiden name on the PR application. The fact she has misrepresented herself by not telling CIC of her deportation from Hong Kong could have serious implications for her.

I believe, unless she was deported for a criminal offense, that it would not have made much difference to her PR application in the first place. So by not telling the truth, she has made the situation worse for herself.
