You must contact CIC via webform to add your child to the application if you are a PR. If you are a citizen you only need to apply for citizenship for your child.

Thanks for the reply. My wife just got a Pre-arrival then the baby born. I just send the birth certificate to the VO. I don't know if I did wrong.

I apply first born on April 14 last year. I never received then We were waiting for the sponsorship application then another baby born these last month. When we waiting for PPR then they send me the letter said I need to send the copy Certificate and Passport in other for my two kids travel to Canada.
