Thank you for your correspondence.
Rest assured that I am well aware of the problematic you presented in your letter and that I am working every day on this issue.
I have been in contact with many people who are in the same situation as you. As you may know, CIC has verbally agreed to renew all medical examinations and renew work permits with the representatives of the ‘’Oubliés de Buffalo in Québec.
Also, Minister Kenney said that all files would be treated by the end on summer 2013 (
I have asked many questions to Minister Kenney in the House of Commons, and will not stop until all files are treated.
As for the treatment of new files versus the Buffalo files, according to CIC they are treating them all simultaneously.
You can be sure that I will continue to represent the Forgotten is the House of Commons.
I would recommend that you contact your Member of Parliament constituency office, I am sure they will gladly follow up with your file.
