I did my premedical exam on August 12, 2022.
My GCKey profile showed "September 20, 2022 You passed the medical exam."
Today I received a request from IRCC, with Medical Report - Section A Client identification and summary (IMM 1017E) attached, requesting me (and dependents) to complete medical exam in 30 days.
These 1017E are also pre-filled with my information, and it has assigned a new IME (different than the eMedical IME that I received).
What should I do? Go take another exam? Or go to the clinic that took the exam to re-send the results?
Also, how should I notify IRCC on my actions? As there's no upload to complete, seems like the medical results are sent directly. Should I just fill out a webform?
I am very confused as I already passed the exam, so the clinic obviously sent the results in back then. I am not sure if this new request is intentional for a new exam, please advise! Thanks a lot!
