Hi All,
I am planning to move this fall to Canada as a permanent resident. Possible destinations could be GTA, Ottawa, Montreal or Quebec City.
I wanted to know how easy or difficult it is to get an apartment on rent, especially when you do not have a job at the moment you arrive in Canada. This is because I may not have a job or job offer when I reach Canada. Is having a stable source of income a must in order to get an apartment on rent?
