Rental Income as Proof of funds

Hi,

Apart from my salary, I recieve a monthly rent from a tennant living in an appartment owned by me.

How do i prove it to CIC that this money is legit and not a loan. I've been recieving this money into the my account, every month. I have entries for it in the 6 month bank statement, which I will be providing with the bank letter.

Proof of ownership for the property+ lease agreement is in your name + rent is credited to the bank account. Your job is to show you have this source of income this should be sufficient
