My husband and me pay cash for the house we rent. We have lease agreement together and I was thinking what else should I get as a proof. Landlord is our friend and we never asked for receipts. Would it be a good idea if we asked him to provide us Il with the receipts in both our names as a proof?

Get them to write a letter that you and your husband lived there plus get it nortatized

The signed lease agreement should be sufficient. Having the landlord sign a letter, seems redundant.

I suppose the receipts couldn't hurt, but again seems redundant.

Yes you hAve a realtionship interview in my hubby Application they wanted proof of realtionship we send 2 lbs of paper April 21 they approved my husband on April 28 had his landing interview and we are done gather as much proof like option c from cra DL ohip costco insurance benefits and etc pics Facebook chats and text gather as much you can plus letters that from friends and family plus notarized letters plus pics gifts receipts

Letters with same address
30 pictures
Two letters from friends
Hotel receipts from when we go to visit friends
I was thinking about taking the greeting card I got, with the present, on my birthday from my husband.

Get family too to make it stronger our application was inland spousal sponsorship our journey starated December 15,2015 they started Jan 15 2016 to proccess it March 6 2017 hubby got proof of realtionship request we gave to our rep March 10 2017 I got approved as sponsor April 20 2017 they email reply to say they forward it to officer aprill 21 2017 they called to say he needs new passport and they talk to our representative to say he does not need a new passport and than rep forward landing interview email and on April 28 2017 my husband had his landing interview 18 months we are done no realtionship interview I am fighter you have to fight them

If your doing inland spousal sponsorship and if he leaves canada , ircc and cic may cancel his application and it depends on the CBSA to let him back in canada

For 18 months I was stress he was fine

It's outland.
We were advises to do outland, even though he's in Canada on working permit. I'm not so sure if that was a good idea, but at the time I didn't know about this forum, so we listened to people who advised us.
Novembar: sponsorship approved
Novembar : application sent to vienna
March : medical results recieved
April: got letter about the interview on May 10th

Does anybody know, if he does not get his pr visa right away, can he come back with his work permit that he has until January 10th
