Renounce PR and Reapply Family sponsorship -Wife

Hi ,Me and wife became PR together.Wife's residency requirement of 2 yrs would not be met due to certain personal reasons .I am in Canada . We are planning that wife should renounce the PR and I will applying for wife sponsorship under family sponsorship program. I want to ask you previously held PR of the wife will help to speed the process . Is there any coloum in the sponsorship where it is mentioned -previous held PR. Do we have to give all the documents again for family sponsorship ?
