Renewing Student Visa with bad grades while having an active study permit

Hello all, I have run into a little challenge.

I am applying to renew my student visa (My study permit is still active), but they require my transcript. Except my grades were bad and I was dismissed form the program. I was given a second chance and was allowed to transfer to a different program.
I had to leave Canada to renew my passport and my study visa has expired, what should I do going forward?.

You should be ok. Bcoz you went to classes but you found the course difficult. If you had violated your study permit and never attended classes then you might have a problem.

Thanks for the reply, I did attend classes, I am just worried my dismissal may have violated my study permit.

Did you transfer to the new program immediately? Or did you get dismissed, then have to wait a few weeks/months, and then get into the new program?

It took about a month to transfer.
