I am a UK citizen currently studying in Canada. My passport and study permit both expire in January 2018. I am looking to travel in September so I wish to renew my passport ASAP.
However, I am unsure about the correct procedure to follow. My college program ends in December of this year. Can I renew my passport now and just stick with the current study permit? Any help or assistance would be much appreciated.
