My 2 kids ( 3 and 2 years old) got TRV since june 2016, they came with my wife who have PR status but still work in abu dhabi, i wanted to sponsor them for PR,but due to some personal reasons my wife and kids went back to abu dhabi and i didnt apply to sponsor them till now, i am planning to make application for super visa for my parents in the coming weeks, my questions are:
1- can I make two seperate applications one for kids TRV renewal and second for Parents supervisa? or shall I make one first then when i got answer apply for the second? which one is easier?
2- if I file for 2 applications, will that complicate either cases? like if i renew for my kids then apply for parents or vice versa, will VO see that the second application as overload on the person filing the sponsorship
3- how long does TRV renewal take? where to send it to I am in hamilton?
4- can i apply for PR for my kids although there are outside canada at the moment, how long will the PR application will take,keep in my mind the TRV will expire 12 June 2016, or should i apply for TRV renewal then do PR sponsorships for the kids.
5- i am subletting a room since my family still out of canada, will not showing house rental contract hinder my kids TRV or PR application or even for my parents super visa application , thanks?
