Has anyone extended or renewed their parents super visa yet?
My mom has been here now for almost 2 years. Her 2 years will be completed in July 2015 and her super visa will expire in October 2015 (her passport was expiring in Nov 2015 so she got her super visa till October 2015).
We have also applied for her PR in Jan 2014 but so far nothing has been done about it.
We (all her kids living here in Canada) would like her to stay till she gets her PR.
Main question is how do we get her super visa renewed? so she could stay for another 2 years after we take her to US and fulfill the condition of leaving the country after two years? When is the good time to apply? Before leaving for US in June 2015 or after coming back from there?
