Apply for a visitor visa, so you can at least remain in the country for up to 6 months. The only issue is that you will be unable to work after it is approved.
The cutoff for ITA will likely reduce next year, due to the 400k target they set for 2021. The ITA is so high right now due to pandemic and many students will struggle to make the cut-off, which is above 470.
Another option is to apply for a study permit, but that will cost you a significant amount of money.It will allow you to remain in the country, while you wait for the ITA to drop.
