Renew Passport during Citizenship Application

I didn't find any guide on IRCC website so I hope maybe someone in this forum has experienced the same.

The passport issued by my country of origin was expiring in 6 months and I recently got it renewed (new passport number too), should I update this information to my application? How can I do it?

If the renewed passport is outside the eligibility period, no need to update the IRCC.

No need. They care only about passports during the eligibility period. But keep all passports. They may ask for copies/originals at some point.
