Hello everyone, I was away for 25 years and just recently came back here for good. I have a valid Canadian Passport (renew outside of Canada). 1. Do I have any problem of getting my OHIP back? 2. What is the good reason to explain why I haven't use my OHIP for 25 years? Thanks.

No problem getting it back, after the initial three months of no coverage. As long as you haven't fraudulently claimed it while you were away, I don't think that they care. My wife was out of Canada for 10 years and had no issues restoring cover at the end of the first three months of residence.
