Renew NICOP for pakistani immigrants

Hi there,

My wife's National identity card has been expired. She needs to renew it in order to renew her Pakistani passport.

So can she send the whole package in mail ? or she has to go to Pakistani consulate in person?

She is preferring by mail.

you dont have to go in person. Just renew you NICOP

Thanks a lot for your reply, My wife does not have machine readable passport but she needs to renew it, that is why she needs to renew the NICOP.
So for a manual passport also it will be done via mail?

Yes I renewed my manual passport by mail. I know its little confusing when you read it but complete the application, attach all the require document and just mail them with a return mail envelope.

I am living in Winnipeg, Manitoba. My Pakistani passport got expired last month (September). Also my original NICOP is in Pakistan as I applied before coming to here. I have scanned copy of NICOP only.

Please advice how to renew my Pakistani passport.

I emailed to Pakistani embbasy in Toronto a month ago but they haven't replied me yet.
