Renew LMIA work permit?

Hello,
I m holding LMIA based work Permit for two years.I submitted application to pnp dept. I m waiting for my pnp result.

I m working with same employer
My concern is that “ Am I able to renew
or extend my current work permit or need to get new LMIA ?
