Renew Kid Canadian Passport from India?

Hi All,

I wish you all are doing well. I have query regarding my Son's Canadian passport. Kindly suggest me.

1- Currently we are in Toronto and going to apply new Canadian passport here in Toronto.
2- I am on work permit so Company will send me back to india

My Question is :- After reach in india If i apply Renewal Kid's passport. Is Guarantor is required or not?
- Currently in Toronto i talked with my office mate as she is Canadian Citizenship as Guarantor.
- From india it's hard for me to get Guarantor.

Some designated officials at the Canada High Commission/consulate in India are allowed to act as Guarantors.
