I received the intention to refuse letter a month ago. I took IELTS and now short of just 1 point to qualify for CSQ.
Is it a good idea to remove my spouse from the application so qualifying points goes down from 59 to 50?
We have 58 points in total and we only received 2 points from my Spouse's level of education and age. So, 58-2=56 , which is more than enough, "IF" removing Spouse lowers the qualifying score.
According to this Quebec.ca site, applicant can remove a family member, but didn't mention if qualifying score goes down too. Anyone here please , if you ever tried removing family members to qualify?
