Removing HealthCare condition from spousal OWP

Hello,

I am on a close Work Permit - IC Transfer. We just received my wife's Spousal Open Work Permit inland. It has this condition: "Not authorized to work in health service field occupations".
How can we get this condition removed as she is qualified to work in the health service field.

a. How long does the medical test and results take as I understand she needs to get her Medical test done.
b. While applying to IRCC to remove condition are all the initial documents, like bank statement, paystub, husband's WP etc is required. Where can i find the list of documents required to apply for removal of this condition.
c. How much time does IRCC take for removal of this condition.
d. We are Nova Scotia, after medical, can we go to Halifax airport and try to request at immigration office there. Or is it possible at Toronto, Pearson airport.
e. Can we travel to the border and get a new Work Permit without the condition

The link is opening and under this "2. Apply to change your work permit conditions, and include all the required documents", cannot find any link to required documents. Further digging also did not provide any details of required documents.
