I have received an ITA under healthcare draw NOC 31102. My CRS is 474 with three years experience. The cut off for the healthcare category draw was 431. I am having issue in getting reference letter for my first job of one year. I will need to travel to another city to follow up. I am in need of advise from seniors in this group if I can move my this job from work history to personal history now and not claim points for it. My points will come down to 445 or so but it will still be higher than cut off of 431. And Is this method safe and assured and will it lead it to any problems. Kindly help as I don’t want this chance to go by, if need be I will travel to city of my first job to get reference letter if the above method is not full proof. Thank you very much!
