Hello,

What should be the address for the employment records for remote work within Canada: home address or office address? Based on my research so far, it seems like it should be my physical address (home address).

Do the letter of experience from employers need to state I worked remotely for them?

Thanks in advance!

Yes for both. Physical address is your home address.
Yes it needs to be mentioned remotely.

@Taran D I would really appreciate it if you can review my list of documents too. I am super worried about missing something.

1. Passport: All pages including blank pages
2. Medicals: Past medical documents from 2020
3. PCC - India: Official PCC letter
4. Education: Degree + official transcript + letter of completion + ID card
5. Employment Records - Company 1 (May 2021 - Oct 2022) & (Jan 2023 - May 2023): Letter of experience + T4s: 2021 & 2022 + NOA: 2021 & 2022 + pay slips (Jan to May 2023) + signed contract
6. Employment Records - Company 2: Letter of experience + all pay slips (August 2023 to present) + signed contract
7. Digital Photo: 35x45 mm scanned photo with minimum resolution 600 DPI
8. Proof of Funds: Letter saying I am exempt for proof of funds as I got invited under CEC
9. Client Information: Few explanations regarding my application including official score card of CELPIP.

Employment records document set for company 1 is about 27 pages. Is that okay?

I don't need WES because I did my under-graduation from a Canadian university. I am uploading Degree + Official transcript + letter of completion + ID card for education.

And for employment record: I am uploading letter of reference + T4s + NOAs + First few and last few payslips + signed contract.

I am thinking of removing signed contract because some details such as pay and work location are outdated on that. Latest info is available on reference letter from employer. What do you think? It's already ~30 pages for employment record documents.

What if the salary on the contract doesn’t match the salary on the reference letter? Cz the salary has changed since then but position hasn’t.
As far as I know contract should mention like fixed salary or something like that for a certain time and subject to increase with time.
Otherwise it's all good as far as it matches NOC...
I don't think that would be a problem.
