Hello,

Looking for advice. My in-laws hold a multiple entry visa good till 2017. They are destroying my family I have to work 3 jobs to keep up with the
expenses of supporting everybody. Wife is pretty well at the point of leaving me. They are leaving to go back to the old country within
a few weeks however are planning to come back. Is there a way to prevent them from coming back? I desperately want to save my
family but with them here I do not believe it is possible. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

1. No, you can't have their TRV cancelled.
2. I think that is probably time that you sat down with your wife and laid out some ground rules for their visits. They are her relatives.

The issue here is the fact that the father-in-law has sexually assaulted my mother. She wants to press charges...
I know if my marriage is on shaky ground now, this will pretty much destroy it as I will be the one blamed for this
i.e. "How dare she accuse a good man of such a things" I do not know how much longer I can withstand being
assaulted from all sides, working 120+ hours a week and still remain somewhat coherent... If they leave and not
come back he will not go to jail if he does he'll be charged and most likely convicted and sentenced. In all cases
am the one who will be on the receiving end of all the rage, however former is somewhat easier than the latter.
No wife does not know about this, at least not yet which makes it that much more difficult as I have not spoken
a word to that man since I've found out about the assault..

when they re-enter Canada. the officer at the airport will ask them for the purpose of the visit and usually will need the invitation letter if they stated that they will visit you. Maybe you can send a letter to cic that you are not inviting them anymore and you are not willing to be responsible of their visit anymore.

the other option (best option) is to be honest with your wife and find an excuse to tell your in-laws not to come back to Canada. e.g., you lost your job...etc

The point is, you can NOT remove a visa that was issued by CIC. but you may take back your responsibilities.
good luck!
