I have just been informed by a Whatsup group I am part of that the first draw will be on January 23rd and that they will only consider applications up to Jan 08;

Does anyone know why they won't consider people past that date?

This seems very unlikely .. Source of this information ?

I can only believe that they will take it as a first week ever in this new system. Probably there are also more applications on the first week than after as well. Just thinking..
Let's be optimistics. I have applied on 8th but profile got active on 9th so
